ZillowVERIFIED Lobin was my lifeline for 2.5 years as we went through the sales process - due to (covid) tenant legal issues - thus holding up the sale of my home. When I finally received access to my home, she quickly recommended handymen who could support putting my home on the market in great condition. She always picked up the phone when I called and was quick to call me to keep me in the loop. With her help I received an offer after 4 days on the market and closed in 20 days over asking! She knows her market and had excellent resources to help restore my home in a short period of time. It was a long arduous journey, but I was so blessed and lucky to have found a personable and knowledgeable real-estate agent. I will oddly miss our conversations :-).
