Online presentation is everything—your home’s first showing happens on the internet. Be flexible with showings. The more accessible your home is, the more opportunities to attract serious buyers. Disclose and repair. Transparency builds buyer confidence and can prevent negotiations from falling apart later. Work with an experienced Realtor. Having a skilled advisor who knows the market, negotiates fiercely, and markets strategically is the key to maximizing your sale.
