ZillowVERIFIEDAmanda was the best in every way possible! My husband and I were from out of town and looking to buy a home in a specific area with certain features etc. She sent us options to look at online, set up appointments for ones we wished to see, and we found our house the first weekend we looked! She worked hard on our behalf to put in an offer that was accepted, and guided us through the whole process until our closing day, and afterward as well. Amanda was quick to respond when we had questions and we genuinely felt she understood us and wanted what was best for us. Amanda is very trustworthy, knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely recommend her to others!

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda recently helped my fiancA(C) and I purchase our first home together and she definitely made the entire process so easy and stress free. She was literally always one text away if we had questions and always willing to take us to amy listing that we wanted to see on short notice. Buying a home for the first time was scary when we first started but she eased our mind and explained the entire process step by step. She went above and beyond and spoke to our lender whenever we had questions and always had our best interest in mind. Hands down the most down to earth, honest and easy person to work with. We would 100% refer her to anyone and everyone looking to purchase a home! Thank you Amanda!

ZillowVERIFIED When we started with Amanda looking at homes we had a limited time to find a home. It was very stressful especially for my wife. Amanda helped eliminate much of the stress. She was very knowledgeable and was able to share a lot of information with us. She listened to what we wanted and helped us find the right home for us. She was flexible and accommodating to our schedules in the short window we had to find a home. She was honest, attentive and had a pleasant personality. All in all she was fantastic and a pleasure to work with on our new home! Thanks Amanda!

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda went the extra mile to sell our home and to lock in a good deal on our new home. She took away the stress from us on many occasions. When it looked like the deal might fall through, Amanda did not give up. She sacrificed a lot of time and stress for us and always had our best interest in mind. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a hard working, responsible and knowledgeable realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Being a "first time home buyer", I would give Amanda Stickney more than 5 stars, if I could!! We were very blessed to have Amanda as our agent! She is knowledgeable, understanding, and very time conscious. Amanda also helped us find a mortgage company and home insurance. Any questions we had, she had the answer!! We would not have our new home without her. If you are looking for a home, Amanda is the one to call! She made our dream of owning a home a reality!!
