Liza DiMarco

Liza DiMarco is a Savannah real estate professional specializing in the Historic District, luxury homes, and relocation. A Realtor since 1998, Liza brings nearly three decades of experience across some of the country's most distinctive real estate markets, including New York's North Shore, Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, and Savannah.

As Founding Principal of Compass Savannah Historic District, Liza combines extensive market knowledge with a highly personalized, strategic approach to buying and selling real estate. She has developed particular expertise in Savannah's historic homes, luxury properties, downtown neighborhoods, and the unique considerations involved in purchasing and selling older and architecturally significant residences.

A large part of Liza's business comes from buyers relocating to Savannah. She understands that choosing a home here is about much more than the property itself-it is about finding the neighborhood, lifestyle, and investment that best fit each client's goals. From Savannah's Historic District and surrounding downtown neighborhoods to waterfront and coastal communities, she helps buyers understand the nuances of the local market before making a decision.

For sellers, Liza provides strategic pricing, sophisticated marketing, professional presentation, and the national reach of Compass. Her approach is designed to position each property thoughtfully from the moment it enters the market, with particular attention to presentation, exposure, and protecting her clients' negotiating position.

Known for integrity, discretion, market knowledge, and straightforward advice, Liza believes exceptional real estate representation begins with understanding her clients and putting their interests first.

Whether you are selling a distinctive Savannah property, relocating to the area, or searching for a home in the Historic District, Liza offers the experience, local expertise, and personal guidance to help you move forward with confidence.
