FAQ
Take your time picking an agent. Most agents in the Virginia Beach area are less than part-time. Meaning Real estate is their side hustle at best. Make sure your agent is not a hobiest and can truly help you.
Do not hire a part-time or less than part-time agent. 99% of the agents in COVA are just that. Hire an agent who cares about you and your goals. Someone who listens. Make sure they have the ability to commit the time to get your house sold as well as the experience.
I have worked with all types of clients through the years! I am looking forward to helping you!
