Ava Zebrowski and the Orsini team were recommended to us by a very close friend. Ava provided us with excellent advice regarding the sale of 0ur parent's house. She acted as an advisor and consultant throughout the process presenting us with several marketing and listing options. Ava also recommended a house clean-out service which turned out to be a great help and reduced the stress of cleaning out our parent's house. The result was that we were able to sell the house very quickly for an excellent price. Since both my sister and I reside out of state, Ava's consistent communication with us was a key factor enabling us to make timely decisions at various points during the listing period and ultimately during the negotiations. We cant say enough AMAZING things about Lauren & Lisa. Selling a home is scary and they took all that away and made the experience actually enjoyable. We didnt consider them our realtors we considered them our friends. They were there 24/7 (really) anytime we had a question they were a text /call away. If you think their social media sites are great wait till you meet them in person. Their knowledge of everything is incredible and just what you need when looking for a realtor.
