This was our SECOND time selling a home with Candace. This time I was living out of state when we listed. Candace went above and beyond the call of duty by advising us on fixes we could make to make our home more appealing. She also had a stager come and professionally stage our home, it looked like something out of Better Home and Gardens when she was done with it. She had a professional photographer come and take incredible photos, we were so impressed. Within a week we had so many offers pouring in we had to set a deadline because we couldnt accept anymore. We had a little bit of a bidding war and were finally able to accept an offer MUCH higher than list price. Candace facilitated all these things after I had already moved out of state. She advocated on our behalf so that everything in the contract was in our favor. It was really very impressive. Closing was quick and painless. I would absolutely recommend Candace Carew. Our second time selling with her was even better than our first.

She was always willing to help and cheerful too. Even after closing we had some issues with locating the HOA company. My experience with Candace was amazing.! It was our first home to ever purchase and she made it fun, easy, and not so stressful. She is very knowledgeable about the homes and the different features in them. She noticed everything right down to The kind of floor that was in the house to the the kind of wood on the cabinets. She pointed out everything we didnt notice. She came to every walk through with us and was there every step of the way. She responded to every call or email we sent right away. In the end I feel we were blessed and very thankful to have had Such a knowledgeable and helpful professional as our realtor :))) We love our new home..! *note* She even brought snacks and drinks while showing us homes!!:)
