ZillowVERIFIEDI found Lisa here on Zillow and from the first conversation to the purchase of my new home Lisa was not only professional, she was truly endearing to me and my family. I relocated from Central FL to Southern GA, she met me in a rain storm with multiple options in the toughest housing market in my era. Helped find and negotiate my dream home. If you're a novice or expert in the home search process, I highly recommend Mrs. Thomas as your realtor agent.

Did good selling home but there were some suspicious activity involved with the process. First I never spoke to her before She showed up at the door. She was very helpful especially after closing when I was returning my rental car. After I put the directions in the gps it went haywire but she directed me in the opposite direction to another Hertz where they were expecting me and I returned the car.

ZillowVERIFIED This was my first time selling a house. I had tried two other realtors and didnt get the same level of attention and knowledge that Lisa provided. She was easy to get ahold of and would respond to messages almost immediately. Very Professional! Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa was a pleasure to work with! We were selling our house after we moved overseas and she went above and beyond to help us. She coordinated with various local vendors to help us take care of upkeep and any repairs needed since we were in a different time zone. She was extremely trustworthy and helpful and would recommend working with her!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were excited to move back to the Valdosta area in January 2017. Lisa helped us find / purchase the perfect place for our family. Working with Lisa was a pleasure and we cannot say enough good things about her. She is understanding of people's wish list items and familiar with the local finance banking options. She is also knowledgeable, honest, patient, and kind. Lisa maintained great communication; we spoke pretty much every day throughout the entire purchase process. She was also very thorough and prompt with all of our requests. She went above and beyond several times for us, including meeting us at the property with little notice. Overall, it was a great experience and we highly recommend Lisa. She treated us like family!

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa was fantastic to work with when purchasing our house, Lisa went above & beyond our expectations. She kept our best interest in mind when negotiating with the seller. Even recommended several local contractors for some improvements we wanted to make after our purchase. Hopefully I won't be in the market for another house. But would I use Lisa again ABSOLUTELY !!

ZillowVERIFIED I believe Mrs. Lisa Thomas to be a first class professional. She was at pour beckon call whenever we had a question or a concern. She always answered our calls no matter what time or day it was. She would always call and give us updates. And was always eager to handle any sort of questions we had. It was a real joy to work with her. She has actually called us several times to just check in. She is a hard working woman. And I recommend her to any one looking to buy a home. I have no desire to work with any other agent. She did a fantastic job. And we appreciate everything she said and did for us during this process. She is a wonderful Caring lady. And I am quite fond of her!

ZillowVERIFIED I think Ms. Thomas is very passionate about finding homes for her clients. She went out of her way to accommodate my tricky military assignments that complicate my house search, helped me out during my search in the middle hurricane, and worked outside office hours and holidays. She truly was a gift to me and my family in finding our house. If anyone gets lucky to have her as an agent, sit-back relax, and rest assured that she will get you what you want at your price. She even helped me with anticipated postal issues that would have delayed my deal. Thank you very much Ms. Thomas and thank you for checking on us way after we had bought the house!
