ZillowVERIFIED Lisa did a fantastic job helping us to sell our house in Brookfield during the COVID pandemic. She is very experienced, knowledgeable, and sensitive to all the challenges faced by sellers and buyers. Her help began with coaching us in getting our house and yard ready to be put on the market - what to put money into (and what not to spend) for the house to be most appealing to buyers. When the house was ready to be listed, she wrote a concise and excellent listing description illustrated with beautiful photos. She showed the house nearly 30 times, and we were able to sell the house at a price substantially above our asking price. When unforeseen events forced our first buyers to withdraw, Lisa quickly re-listed the house and found a buyer to purchase the house at the same price on the same closing schedule! Lisa is an excellent communicator to sellers, buyers, mortgage brokers, and attorneys and her follow-through left nothing to chance. We would highly recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling a home!

ZillowVERIFIED We hired Lisa to sell our house. The property was located in a town with a tough market and she did a good job getting us the price we wanted. Given the economy, the town and the real estate market we were impressed with her performance. Lisa mapped out a strategy which we followed to a 'T'. Things progressed exactly as she predicted and we had a buyer within 6 months at our price. It was impressive and we would not hesitate to use her again. We also used Lisa to purchase our next house. We found that process a little easier based in large part that we had found a house we wanted, early. However, in order for us to purchase the new house, we had to sell the old house, quickly and for a specific price. We had no wiggle room. Lisa juggled both tasks successfully and we moved into our new place right on schedule. One thing that we did not like was the Home Inspector. I felt that he did a lackluster job and we later discovered a number of things that were either wrong or not identified. If we do this again we will hire our own Home Inspector and make it clear that they work for us. This would apply no matter who the realtor was and not just Lisa. Fortunately, none of the things we discovered after the fact could be considered major and were easily remedied. The process of selling and buying a house is tough. I would have no problem using Lisa Merow again.
