Lisa did an amazing job of selling my mother?s house. I was overwhelmed just thinking about the process but Lisa immediately put us at ease. She had great knowledge of the area and the buyers market. Lisa was able to connect us with the best partners to help us prepare for the sale - house cleaning and moving vendors which alleviated most of the stress. She added small touches for the open house on her own which was so appreciated. Once the house was up for sale it was sold in a week for the best offer! Settlement was within a month and we had the option of having her as our representative at closing, and that was also a huge help. Communication was clear and frequent but not overwhelming during the process. We highly recommend using Lisa as your agent it was a perfect experience!

Lisa was great to work with through the entire selling process. She did an early walk through as we were preparing to sell and had some great suggestions. She followed up with us and was very helpful in deciphering the value of the property to list. This allowed an efficient process from listing to selling the house. She goes the extra mile such as if it requires an open house, or appointments at odd-hours. She was great to work with from start to finish, including ensuring any closing inspections are done by the township, etc. I give her 5 stars on everything, Great Realtor!

Lisa was amazing to work with through the whole process of house hunting, comparing pros and cons, and advising me on prepping my house for sale. In addition, she was patient and always ready with information and explanations to walk me through all the process/paperwork bits that I was not familiar with, not having moved for 34 years. It was especially helpful that she devised a strategy and plan to show and sell the house while I was away on a 2+ week international trip. We discussed all the potential pitfalls and advantages, and rehearsed how wed communicate and review and sign legal document via mobile phone. As a result, my house was shown, offers in and Agreement of Sale completed while we were 10.5 hours apart. Id recommend Lisa to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, and will miss communicating with her (nearly) daily.
