Lisa was amazing to work with through the whole process of house hunting, comparing pros and cons, and advising me on prepping my house for sale. In addition, she was patient and always ready with information and explanations to walk me through all the process/paperwork bits that I was not familiar with, not having moved for 34 years. It was especially helpful that she devised a strategy and plan to show and sell the house while I was away on a 2+ week international trip. We discussed all the potential pitfalls and advantages, and rehearsed how wed communicate and review and sign legal document via mobile phone. As a result, my house was shown, offers in and Agreement of Sale completed while we were 10.5 hours apart. Id recommend Lisa to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, and will miss communicating with her (nearly) daily.
