I had two prior Realtors that obviously did not know how to sell my property! I fired them both and took my house off of the market! I took a much needed break from the selling process! I met Lisa David! I told her the problems that I had in selling my property! Lisa came out to my home and made an assessment! She even planted flowers around the pool and rearranged the furnishings in the Tiki bar. Lisa kept me informed as to what was going on at all times. She went through the contracts with me and made sure that I understood each. There were several! Lisa showed pure professionalism at all times. When there seemed like there may be a small problem! Lisa stayed on it till it was resolved. All in All! Lisa sold my house in less than two months. It was a great Christmas gift for me and the buyer! Lisa worked Diligently! ZillowVERIFIED Pleasing personality, very skilled in her field. Professional at all times, willing to assist and open to clients desire to see other homes in addition to the ones she recommended. My situation was a little unusual I had to travel 3.5 hours to look for a house so I needed to see a lot of houses on each visit to make my trip worthwhile which required full days but we only had a short timeframe approximately 4 hours a day.
