I had two prior Realtors that obviously did not know how to sell my property! I fired them both and took my house off of the market! I took a much needed break from the selling process! I met Lisa David! I told her the problems that I had in selling my property! Lisa came out to my home and made an assessment! She even planted flowers around the pool and rearranged the furnishings in the Tiki bar. Lisa kept me informed as to what was going on at all times. She went through the contracts with me and made sure that I understood each. There were several! Lisa showed pure professionalism at all times. When there seemed like there may be a small problem! Lisa stayed on it till it was resolved. All in All! Lisa sold my house in less than two months. It was a great Christmas gift for me and the buyer! Lisa worked Diligently!
