But I can say, Lisa helped me find the perfect attorney to help me in my issues of the previous owner who is still currently taking other people with his crappy flips of houses. Just do your homework before you dive in and buy. Not only did Lisa help me with all of this she also helped my find my next home and it is so much more solid with all permits so when I get ready to sell I will not wind having to spend time with the city pulling permits. Everyone knows what a true pain that can be. Lisa is high energy, very professional, and knows Austin and the surrounding area like the back of her hand. She is by far the best realtor I have ever used. I have bought three houses in Austin since 2005 and I would not use anyone but Lisa. You will not be disappointed.

I was on a tight schedule, as it was June, and I needed to be moved in before my children started school in the Fall. Also, besides having specific room requirements, I was very particular about a home's layout, neighborhood, yard, and style. As a working single mom, my time to review homes & neighborhoods was very limited. Lisa and I talked, then a week later, she took me on a tour of several homes she had pre-selected and reviewed for me. As we toured them, often with kids in tow, she noted what I liked and didn't like, and indicated no decisions were needed. The next time we got together, she had other houses selected for me to tour, and she indicated that she had one that she thought was "it". It was, and I moved in about a month later. Besides listening well, Lisa has relentless energy and a desire to please her clients. I was impressed with the work she had done to understand my specific needs, and then to review homes that she thought would both meet my stated requirements and "feel like home". By doing this, she saved me a great deal of time, and actually made the home buying process rather fun. I am considering downsizing soon, and am looking forward to working with Lisa again in this process.

We took a long time deciding if we really wanted to get it on the market, but during that year Lisa-Marie was always quick to respond, and take us to see anything we were interested in. You will never have problem getting in contact with her; she is very responsive and really dedicates her time to you. When we finally were ready to sell, we had a tight timeline due to a contingent offer we had put in on a house. Everything was handled masterfully, and even though there were some unexpected hurdles, she went out of her way to make sure the resolution was perfect. After driving through the areas suggested none of the houses were in the price range and thus she took me to another neighborhood. "We found the house" is what we both thought as it was a house that was not on the list. Immediately making phone calls she had us walking through the house and it was just what I wanted and only slightly higher than my budget by $5k. The offer was made and I became a homeowner with a great real estate agent whom I now consider my friend.
