She is a top-notch realtor with a genuine understanding of her clients and their needs and wants in a home purchase. Her low pressure, friendly and down to earth approach was super comforting for this introvert (who was under pressure to find a place to live). Lisa didnt let me settle for something that I could make do with but persevered with me until I found the house I loved. My under list price purchase in todays market was due primarily to her slick negotiation and stellar communication skills. Thank you, Lisa, so, so much for your help with my home purchase. Your patience, understanding, compassion, dedication and humor made it an experience (yes, a great one!). One that I will not ever forget. My sister went house hunting using Lisa many years ago and Lisa had always been very helpful, friendly and professional. I was amazed by the way Lisa handled things for me! I have had bad experiences with realtors in the past and Lisa was the complete opposite. With the housing market so crazy I was very nervous to buy a house. I didnt need to worry, it was an excellent experience! Lisa really listens and goes above and beyond for her clients. She is low pressure, trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly, and she gets the job done. There was literally no negatives. I got exactly what I was looking for in a home in a short amount of time for a great price all under her guidance. ZillowVERIFIED Determined, tenacious, and candid are the three words I would use to describe Lisa. Shes everything I want in a real estate agent: nonsense and not fake. She can see a propertys potential without becoming unrealistically optimistic. Shes professional and punctual; she was always at the showing before I got there. She responded to text, emails, and calls very promptly. If she was unable to show a property at a given time, she tried to get one of her colleagues to help. The property we purchased was originally showed by one of her peers. She didnt try to sell me on what she thought we needed. She sold me on what we wanted. During the time of our purchase, the houses for sale were in short supply, but she hung in there and helped us find the needle in the haystack. Should you work with her? Only if you want an incredible experience.
