We had an amazing experience working with Lisa and her team. My wife and I have been living in NYC for some time now, but with a new kid we decided to escape and make the move up to Westchester. Lisa and Estelle were with us every step of the way, despite the craziness of the market at the time we were buying. They were fun to visit houses with and we never felt an ounce of pressure to buy or put down offers--if anything Lisa was there to advise us and protect us against making any bad decisions in our eagerness to find a home. With her experience we felt like we could trust her recommendations 100%--it's clear that she and Estelle love what they do and have the best interest of their clients at their heart, even when their clients are buyers and their payment will be coming from sellers. They are the ultimate professionals in this field. When we shifted our target area from northern Westchester to more southern Westchester/Yonkers area, Lisa stuck with us even though that's not her primary territory. She seems to know everything and everyone in real estate field of northern Westchester but even in this new territory she was able to use her connections to help us out. Her experience and connections in the field also make the whole process so much easier than it would be otherwise. She was able to connect us with a wonderful loan officer and bank for our mortgage, a lawyer to help us through the process once we settled on a house, and ultimately CertaPro painters who are currently painting our new house and refinishing the floors. As first-time homebuyers, whenever we had a question about how the homebuying process worked we turned to Lisa first and she always had an answer or connection. We would recommend Lisa to anyone in the process of buying or selling without a second's hesitation and will surely be working with her and her team again for any future sales or buys of our own.
