She has a sixth sense about home value: she nailed the assessed value of each of the properties I looked at closely, which was extremely helpful as I was figuring out what to pay and how much to borrow. She gave me excellent guidance on inspections and contractors. She helped me put things in perspective and see value (especially long-term value) without being misled by the inevitable imperfections of the properties that I considered.
