Coldwell Banker Realty

I highly recommend Lisa Beining as your real estate agent. She was great! From the start of actually finding the house and all the way through the closing process. She was able to help in many of steps along the way. This was not my first time buying a home so I can say with some experience that this agent will work hard for you and do an excellent job!!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Lisa because her client bought my house. She was not my realtor but was very helpful in helping me with things that I needed. She was right on task when I was concerned about a open permit and knew how to look it up and give me information. She is very knowledgeable and eager to help. I highly recommend Lisa to anyone that is looking for a knowledgeable and eager person to either list their home or help them find a home. You will not be disappointed.

Lisa knows real estate! She has a sixth sense about home value: she nailed the assessed value of each of the properties I looked at closely, which was extremely helpful as I was figuring out what to pay and how much to borrow. She gave me excellent guidance on inspections and contractors. She helped me put things in perspective and see value (especially long-term value) without being misled by the inevitable imperfections of the properties that I considered. She is a good negotiator and, even more important, she has a big playbook of techniques to bring parties together. I highly recommend her.

We cant recommend Lisa enough! She helped us get top dollar when selling our condo, and helped us get a great deal when buying our beautiful house. All while making the whole process stress free and enjoyable. What more can you ask for?

I reached out to Lisa on a Monday, by Tuesday we saw 5 houses together, and by Wednesday we had a lease signed at the perfect place. Incredible work! Highly recommended!
