He even called back a few weeks after he initially gave us her number to urge us to make the call. She was the first realtor we interviewed. We set up a meeting for her to come see the house. She came totally prepared; had done her homework prior to meeting us. We were so impressed with her market knowledge and preparation we decided to sign up with her on the spot. ZillowVERIFIED I was looking for a realtor moving from NY to the Woodstock/ Canton area. There are many realtor options but very few that have the high ratings Lindsey and her team consistently have. I submitted an inquiry form through her website and she called me soon while on the way to vacation. We hit it off right away and she was very easy to talk with. She asked specific questions on exactly the type of house we were looking for and what we did not like. She has a portal that will send you daily updates of houses that meet your search criteria which was very helpful. One of the big differences between Lindsey Haas and other realtors is that they have a small office that all work to support you. For example, she had an awesome realtor in her office (Tracie Love) show us homes the only weekend we traveled to ATL. Tracie stepped in because Lindsey had family members who had come down with Covid. With Tracie I felt we had a new friend who was very patient with us as we tried to filter the communities and types of homes we were interested in. With Tracie we found our dream home in a 55+ community. Lindsey is a master negotiator. I have seen her work her magic with builders and sales. She is a true advocate for her client and points out issues that we would have never caught. She was very easy to get in touch with especially when we had to do so much of this transaction virtually. She FaceTimed us during our walk through, home inspection and even went to the house to take measurements for our fridge, washer/dryer and window treatments. She has many contacts and put us in touch with a great mortgage contact and gave me insurance recommendations since we were new to the area. I was so impressed with Lindsey and her team that I referred my son as a first time home buyer. She really helped him tremendously navigate the hot ATL sellers market and has a good relationship with many of the realtors you may work with on the other side of the transaction. I cannot say enough of how great it was to have such a smooth and enjoyable experience during one of the most stressful times of your life. In summary, if you are a first time home buyer, experienced home buyer or selling your home, you must consider Lindsey Haas Realtor. She has the absolute highest recommendation I could give and I will continue to tell my ATL area friends and family to select her if they are buying or selling a home.

Multiple areas we weren't interested in were pushed on us and it seemed like that agent was just going thru the motions and we were very discouraged and decided to get a new agent. I phone interviewed five realtors and had two face-to-face interviews and I was convinced Lindsey Haas was the way to go. I was assigned Laurie Swanson and there could not have been a better match! Laurie was honest and frank, and displayed top notch knowledge in all the areas I questioned her on. We had a unique situation where my wife and I were selling our home in Cobb county and our daughter was also selling her house in Cherokee county. We decided to consolidate households and go with one home. With my wife and I being retired and my daughter in her thirty-somethings you would think we would never agree on one place. However, Laurie took the time to listen to all of us and we began the hunt. We visited all over Cobb and Cherokee counties and soon Laurie assimilated our likes and dislikes and was feeding us great choices that matched our lifestyles and locational needs. The Haas strategy of matching selling price to market price was excellent as my daughter received a higher price than asking when so many people were shown the house, resulting in six offers in two days. Our house was shown over a holiday in the middle of the pandemic but still received offers that matched our asking price.
