ZillowVERIFIEDWe were searching Zillow one day, looking for a new home and ended up setting a walkthrough for one. We did the walkthrough and did not like the house, also discovering we werent sure at all what we were looking for in a home. Enter Lindsey Fuqua. She became our agent and helped us find, and go through the process of a new home build! I would recommend her to anyone! Shes knowledgeable, friendly and always there when needed. I'm so proud to have her as our agent!
ZillowVERIFIEDHonestly what cant i say about this AMAZING woman. Im a first time home buyer and very young and had no prior knowledge to what even goes into buying a house. From the first time she called me she was so professional, courteous, and very understanding. Her personality combined with how knowledgeable and how good she is at her job turned my entire outlook of buying a home a whole 180 degrees. With her in my corner I never felt scared never felt rushed never felt any lack of respect always felt like she was truly working with me and not against me and because of that I was able to land my dream home the place where I know Me and my family are going to be comfortable for many many years. Even with all thats being said I dont think I could ever express the sheer gratitude I have towards her and all her hard work that she did for me I was truly blessed to have her in my corner 15/10 I would recommend her to anyone and everyone
ZillowVERIFIEDAre you a "detail-oriented" kind of person? Me too! And so is Lindsey Fuqua. She is super easy to work with for several reasons. Let me explain in list form! :) aEURc She is very knowledgeable and will share as much detail as you care to understand about the entire home-buying process (Perfect for first time home-buyers!) :) aEURc She is quick to respond! In the real estate world, speed is key. And Lindsey doesn't miss a beat. Our questions (email / text) were usually answered within about a minute (seriously.)aEURc She has integrity. Lindsey wasn't afraid to point out potential red flags with houses. Even if it means a search goes on longer, Lindsey will do her very best to put you in a house that is the best for you.P.S. - We found our house the day before she left for vacation, and WHILE ON VACATION, she took care of everything with no delay in communication. We are so grateful!
ZillowVERIFIEDLindsey helped me list and sell my home, as well as find and purchase another. She had a small window of time and a specific budget to work with, and she had no trouble accomplishing our goals. Not only was she very knowledgeable about the process, she made herself available for whatever I needed and made sure all of my questions were answered. This is a stressful process, but Lindsey made me feel comfortable and reassured. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to list their home or search for a new one.
