I felt like I was in good hands! The house hit the market on a Friday evening and was under contract at the end of the weekend. As residents of another state, Lindsey took the ball from us and handled everything on our behalf so that we did not have to travel back to Texas. We were able to handle everything remotely. Being new to the area I didnt know who to reach out to for a realtor recommendation, so I asked the almighty Google for some suggestions. Lindsey and Blue Sky Realty had pretty good reviews so I figured that was as good a bet as any. I called Lindsey, on a Sunday no less, and she answered and immediately made me feel like I had the right person on the phone. Throughout this whole process she was always available, always honest, always on time, and put in extra time and effort on our behalf to ensure that we found the home that was right for us, within our budget, and fit as many of our wants/needs as possible. My husband and I wanted to procure a 100% financed USDA home loan, and Lindsey has a reputation for being proficient in finding listings that fit the government's strict requirements. She lived up to her reputation and then some. Over the course of 2 months Lindsey emailed me ~50 listings and showed my husband and I 10 houses. When the first place we fell in love with and made an offer on had a sub-par home inspection, she made sure we didn't get discouraged. The next set of listings came swiftly, as did the encouragement to continue looking and the promise that, as a team, we would find "home." We did find "home," and we knew immediately. Lindsey got the ball rolling quickly and within a month we moved in. We've been homeowners for just shy of 6 months and every morning I look out the kitchen window overlooking the grand back yard and say a little prayer of thanks for Lindsey. There is no way we'd have been able to make our home ownership dreams come true without her--I know because we tried for many years with many other Realtors.

ZillowVERIFIED Lindsey was very helpful and able to meet us whenever we wanted to look at a house. She also pushed and helped boost our house that we had for sell in order to find a new home. Any roadblocks that came up with our financing, she helped explain and dealt with whatever steps needed to be taken. She also helped by working with the lender. ZillowVERIFIED Lindsey was such a blessing and wonderful to work with during the house buying process! She was patient, kind, and willing to help however she could- even meeting us at odd times due to work schedules. My fiance and I were first time house buyers, and she walked us seamlessly through the process! We were thankful for her honest input- she never tried to "sell us" on a house if we weren't liking it. She was upfront about odd things in some of the houses we went into, and she gave wonderful input on small improvements we could make in other houses! During the paperwork process, we were comforted knowing that we had Lindsey helping us. When things became difficult with our mortgage company, she helped us figure things out and understand every paper we signed. We ended up renting back to the sellers since they are building a house- Lindsey has checked in with us throughout the last few months to give us updates on their house (she would check in with their builder for both of us!) and double check that they paid rent, etc. She has gone way beyond her job duties- most Realtors wouldn't speak to you or care about you after closing, but she has been amazing! All-in-all, Lindsey made this process wonderful! I honestly don't know if we would have made it through the first home purchase process without her- I think we would have given up if it hadn't been for her. We were truly lucky to have the opportunity to work with Lindsey!
