ZillowVERIFIEDShe went over and above to accommodate so to make the sale go through as effortlessly and least stress possible. She was on top of helping with deadlines on sale, purchase and mortgage. She has a professional attitude and a calm nature. No one else could have handled my sale as well as she did.

ZillowVERIFIED Linda Wise, as the founder of Tropical Realty, is probably the preeminent realtor for Merritt Island. She has been there forever, and knows every area down to individual properties. When it came time to sell our waterfront home, there wasn't anyone else we considered. She is extremely competent and diligent in her representation, and knows and practices all the latest marketing techniques. She also knows a vast network of other realtors, both local and out-of-area, through whom she was able to expose our property. Once our home went under contract, she immediately began all the follow-up steps like appraisals and inspections to make sure everything happened smoothly and on time, and the closing happened just like that!

ZillowVERIFIED Linda was extremely professional, friendly, informative, available, aggressive (in getting my house on the market), and communicated almost daily as to the status and progress. In spite of the market difficulty with the Covid environment Linda was kept working and got my house sold.

ZillowVERIFIED Let's start at the bottom line. We sold our home in 41 days for full list price. And our list price was a stretch above recent comps. Linda did an outstanding job of communicating with all parties: seller, buyer's agent, banks, title company. She kept things moving to ensure the objective was met. We had constant communication with her so we were always aware of the current status. She also kept our best interests at heart by reviewing all decisions including possible options with her. We never regretted any decision we made. We highly recommend Linda and her team at Tropical Realty.

ZillowVERIFIED Linda went above and beyond for us. We had a large custom home that could have been difficult to appraise and get top dollar for, but she handled it. She and her team are all very professional and honest.

ZillowVERIFIED Linda Wise is the best!!! She is absolutely the hardest working realtor we've ever known. Linda sold us our first home in Merritt Island and when we decided to move back this year, she worked tirelessly to get us the house we wanted. I can't say enough about her work ethic and integrity. I would highly recommend her, she is exceptional!

ZillowVERIFIED We have had three transactions with Tropical Realty, all five star! Professional, responsive and knowledgeable. They are also there after the transactions with any help we have needed as we live part time out of state. Best Realtors in Brevard County!

ZillowVERIFIED Linda Wise is AMAZING!! The home has been listed for 3 months and we have had many showings. As a custom home on the river, we know it will take time to find the buyer who loves it as much as we do. She was great about: - advising us how to prep it for showing, - getting estimates for features we did not have that a buyer might want & having them available in a book for showings - keeping us in the loop after showings to let us know the feedback - suggesting pricing changes or bonuses when appropriate - having frequent open houses - using multiple marketing opportunities such as a text number by her sign so folks driving by could receive text info about the home, having a virtual tour online, having drone photos online, advertising in print media and - introducing us to her team members who helped her with marketing and also showed to buyers. So many realtors just put a listing on MLS and hope someone else will sell it and this is not the Tropical Realty way! She and her team have brought many prospective buyers through. We really appreciate her and strongly recommend you hire her also.

ZillowVERIFIED I have never worked with more conscientious real estate professionals than Linda Wise and her associate, Leslie Boucher. I listed my home for sale, then had to move across the state before it was sold. Leslie took care of every issue that arose from making sure the house was always 'show ready' to hiring the contractors for needed repairs that were identified during the home inspection after an offer had been accepted. They are the very best in the business!

ZillowVERIFIED Linda's representative Kara was simply extraordinary. Kara far exceeded all of our expectations of a realator. In fact we looked at Kara as a close friend than our realator as she took a personal interest in every aspect of our needs. We were mostly impressed with the fact that Kara never pushed or flooded us with propaganda or materials. Kara truly listened to what our needs were and how we wanted to communicate with her. If I had not retired, I would have recruited Kara to work for our company. thank you Kara for all that you did.

ZillowVERIFIED Linda is a truly excellent Realtor. She is professional, hard-working and takes all the stress out of the process of buying and selling. Her wealth of experience enabled her to provide us with great advice throughout the sale of our property. Her attitude was always positive and she demonstrated huge amounts of patience with us when we were struggling to make decisions; advising and guiding us in the right direction. We have a wonderful new home now and hope that this was our LAST move. However, I would not hesitate in using Linda's services again and would highly recommend her to anyone else thinking of buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED Linda gave me advice on staging the important rooms of the home. She produced a picture brochure showing the best features of the home with narrative that enticed interested buyers. When the first offer came in (which was for full price), she followed up with the other interested buyers and obtained a backup purchase offer just in case the first didn't complete the closing. The entire process was smooth and stress free. Linda also searched for us the house that we had previously purchased. She didn't give up on finding the exact house. When we choose to sell this home, we will definitely list with fer

ZillowVERIFIED Linda was wonderful in every stage of our home-buying process. She sent us regular emails with suggested listings, and made herself available to show us homes on short notice and on weekends when it accommodated our schedules. She advised us well to win a bidding war for our home, and expertly dealt with the inevitable issues of purchasing a bank-owned property that arose between contract and closing. We will certainly use Linda for any of our home buying or selling needs in the future, and we highly recommend you use her, too!
