She showed great initiative and listening ability in how she sold a house for us quickly and found exactly the house we were looking for. She solicited written comments from other agents when they visited our house on the real estate "caravan" so that we could have good feedback about the prospects of selling our home. Linda is personable and fun to be around, easy to reach, an excellent communicator, assertive, and on top of the details. She found our new home before it even came on the market because she followed up on some leads. On our behalf, she stood her ground as conflicts arose in negotiations, securing an excellent resolution for us. She made the whole process more pleasant because of the person she is and the help she gave us all along the way. She helped coordinate good, reasonable subcontractors.
