We had a rather unique property that would not appeal to the "typical" home buyer. Linda stayed consistently calm and realistic in her approach to our marketing and the successful sale of the property. She is extremely patient but "no nonsense" in her demeanor. She understood the market, gave us good support and sold our home at a price we found acceptable. You can't really ask for much more from a realtor. She knows the market and has the experience with which to put that knowledge to best use. I recommend her to anyone without reservation.
