ZillowVERIFIED Libby is one of the most energetic people I know. She loves her job & it shows. My property was very unique in that the house was built in the 40's. The upstairs loft was a newer addition. Libby has a contractors license which was extremely helpful. She has a great knowledge of real estate laws. Her husband Jack is a local builder. He was able to point out issues that needed to be addressed and find solutions. In a timely manner! Libby is very professional yet treats you like a friend. I couldn't have made my cross country move without her enduring help. I wish I could give her 10 stars because she absolutely deserves it.

The town house sold and closed very quickly.On the purchase on the condo we worked remotely. I was 500 miles away. She produced a great catalogue brochure , highlighting all the features of the townhome. She sold the property in less than week. She came to the home when there were appointments with the HVAC Company as well as other repairmen. She took care of the process of looking over the homes condition while we had tenants and did the final walk through with the tenants for us. Throughout the entire process Libby was enthusiastic, and so dedicated! She put her heart and soul into selling our home. She is amazing.
