We listed our home, were nervous about getting an offer, and we received an offer within 2 weeks where the buyer allowed us time to find our new home. Simultaneously, we found our dream house 3 times and finally found the right home for us. The first dream home didn't work out because of items we discovered before closing. Our 2nd dream home had an existing offer and hadn't updated Zillow. We got excited over nothing but Libby was patient and kept us focused. We found our final dream home at 7pm on a Saturday and learned they had just received an offer but they were willing to give our offer a chance after we toured the next day. We were moving from Ohio and the market was still so crazy that if we waited to see a house until we could get into town the good ones would be gone before we could see them. Libby was AWESOME and would go through the houses and facetime us. We were looking from the Acworth to Cummings area so she was covering a lot of ground for us. She made the process so easy for us. On a few of the houses we needed specialist contractors to review some things. Libby set ALL of that up for us and has a great team. There is a LOT of difference between buying in Ohio and Georgia, and Libby did a great job making sure we knew what was going on and what we needed to do to address any concerns we had (and in some cases helped bring things that should be concerns to our attention). Although it took a year and a half during the craziest time of this wild market, she was very patient and never let us settle for just any house. She truly treats her clients like family and has their best interest at heart. Shes in it for the people, not the money. I have to also mention how very responsive she is, returning messages and calls at all hours of the day.
