ZillowVERIFIEDI wanted to sell my home because I wanted to down size and travel the world. Levi was highly recommended by several people. The recommendation turned out to be extraordinary. He sold my home and found an additional home for my extended family as well. Levi made the progress very easy. He is knowledgeable in his craft and skills. My family and I will forever be grateful for his passion and total professionalism.

ZillowVERIFIED Levi was kind, warm, and extremely helpful through my home buying process. He was readily available to answer my questions about various properties. Him and Kesia truly made me feel like family. They are trustworthy and put your best interest ahead of their bottom line. They also made it a point to reach out after closing to ensure everything with my move went smoothly and to see if I had any follow up questions or concerns. Everyone involved is invited to my housewarming. Without them, I cant be certain that my homebuying experience would have been so positive. I would recommend them to everyone and if I buy another property in the future, they will be the 1st call I make!!! Thank again for helping my dreams become reality Levi!!!

ZillowVERIFIED When looking for a realtor it is rare to find the complete package. The process started off with Levi's team making sure they had an understanding of what my priorities and non-negotiables were in a property. They provided a realistic but encouraging approach to this step of the process that instantly put my mind at ease. Then the fun began! The same day I started receiving emails with links to listings that were close to the criteria we had set a few hours prior. After browsing that night and deciding on a few homes to visit I contacted Levi's team and they were able to get me into the home the next afternoon. The flexibility in their availability coupled with the speed and clarity in which they communicated allowed me to be agile in my search. The process for me took longer than expected due to the budget and criteria I was set on. I was willing to wait and find the property that was for me. Levi's team was patient, non-pressuring, and kept up the same level of energy from day one until I finally found the property the fit my needs. The negation process was quick, smooth and worked out in my favor. Levi's team was able to construct an offer that allowed me to bring less cash to closing than originally anticipated. Many realtors can come up with a creative off but his team took the time to explain how it worked and allow the process to be a learning one as well. The service didn't stop there as with most realtors. After closing that's when you really get a chance to see how his team's customer skills are top-notch. There were a few items that needed repair on the home. Levi's book of recommendations all came in with the lowest quotes and the same level of service.I highly recommend Levi and Associates for your property purchase needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Mr Levi by a co worker who recently purchased a home from him. She said the process was easy so I called. Mr Levi actually picked up the phone. No phone tag needed. I told him my credit was not perfect and I didn't have tons of money stashed away. Can you still get my family a home? He said yes. 2 months later I owned my dream home. He helped us obtain grant money and seller assist with closing costs. If I can buy a home then anyone can. Levi can help. I 100% recommend him and his team of professionals.

ZillowVERIFIED Both Levi and Kesia were great at communication and finding exactly what I wanted in my new home. Kesia was able to negotiate the price to what I could afford and was also able to get me some extra money from the builder. I had a great experience and they are highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED Best Realtor ever. Negotiates hard and follows through...Very sufficient!!! Would recommend anytime!!!! We went looking for on 6/9/17 which by the way was the day my home was listed. Levi did not waste any time he submitted a contract one hour after we left the home. We knew it was the home for us and Levi told us this will be your home. 21 days later we are new homeowners to our forever home! Thanks Levi McDonald!

ZillowVERIFIED Words cannot describe how lucky I was to work with Levi. I would highly recommend him to any and every one.As a young, first time home buyer, Levi made sure I was properly guided throughout the entire, sometimes aEURoecrazyaEUR? process with professionalism. He understood the importance of helping me find my first home in a great time period and followed up on ALL angles possible to ensure that I got exactly what I was looking for. He kept me informed, educated me throughout the process, and continues to follow up with me months after closing. Levi gives 110% in all he does. He is all about integrity and excellence. Extremely detailed and patient and on top of all this, he is such a kind soul. I really can't imagine getting any better service than this. He is undeniably the BEST at what he does and I cant thank him enough for helping me see the process through.

ZillowVERIFIED Levi McDonald is an extremely professional and sincere realtor. I searched for a house that would accommodate me and my disabled mother. With two different tastes it was tough to show us homes we would agree on. Levi was patient and knew a lot of the Marietta/Kennesaw community. He encouraged us to looked beyond and we found what we wanted. Soon after I selected a house I lost my job. My health took a dive and I was in a poor temporary living situation for 10 months. During that time Levi kept in touch and was a real friend. Once my circumstances improved he was there to find my mother and I the home of our dreams. I really appreciate Levi's exceptional professionalism and he his kind demeanor. I recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor who cares about his client's interests and will take the time to guide you through the stressful process of home ownership.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Levi McDonald was exceptional. He is very professional, relatable and understood exactly what I wanted. I was downsizing from a two story home to a ranch style home and had key pieces that I wanted to keep and they would take up space. I explained to him what I was looking for and he made it happen! As a matter of fact I got more than what I expected. He like myself did not give up until we was satisfied with what he had found. He made this process very smooth and very easy. I did not feel that I was being rushed or pushed to make a decision, he was very patient. I have since recommended him to my family, friends and anyone in search of a home. Several of my friends has since worked with Mr. McDonald and has had satisfying results.Thank you Mr. McDonald for all your help and for making my experience a successful!

ZillowVERIFIED Levi helped us purchase our first home. He found the perfect home for us and helped us navigate through the process smoothly. No matter how complex or simple a question or concern was he was always available to answer them. He gave us the personal attention that all home buyers (especially first timers) need. Even after the sale we have been able to reach out to him for any other questions that we have had. Once we are ready to buy another home Levi will be our first call and I recommend that you do the same.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. McDonald's professional approach to the many challenges that we had selling my family's Estate home in East Point, went far and beyond my expectations. The process was long, and seemed to have many obstacles in our path. Mr. McDonald's positive approach and can do attitude kept me believing that we would close, and we did! It really does come down to details and caring for your customer, which Mr. McDonald does in excellent fashion! If you truly vote with your wallet, I plan on using Mr. McDonald for at least 3 more Real Estate transactions in the next year!
