1.  What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

My biggest advice is to get pre-approved before you start shopping and work with a REALTOR® who knows the local market. Understanding your budget is important, but so is understanding the true cost of homeownership, including taxes, insurance, HOA fees, and maintenance.

Don't get so caught up in finding the perfect house that you overlook a great opportunity. Paint colors and light fixtures are easy to change, but location, floor plan, and lot size are much harder to fix!

I believe in using market data to make informed decisions rather than letting emotions drive the process. I'll help you evaluate a home's value, understand the market, and negotiate with confidence.

Most importantly, ask lots of questions and don't feel pressured. Buying a home is a big investment, and my job is to help you make a decision that you'll feel good about long after the closing table.

2.  What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

My biggest advice is to price your home correctly from the start. The first few weeks on the market are often when your home gets the most attention, and overpricing can cause you to miss that valuable window. I believe in using local market data, not just what the house down the street is listed for, to develop a smart pricing strategy.

First impressions matter! Decluttering, a fresh coat of paint, landscaping, and a few small repairs can make a big difference. Professional photography and effective marketing are also essential to making your home stand out from the competition.

Be prepared to look at your home through a buyer's eyes and remain open to feedback. Selling a home can be emotional, but it's important to approach the process as a business decision.

My job is to help you understand the market, position your home competitively, and negotiate the best possible terms. And remember, the goal isn't just to sell your home. It's to walk away with the best possible outcome and move confidently into your next chapter!

I've worked with a wide variety of clients, including first-time homebuyers, experienced buyers and sellers, relocating families, retirees, and real estate investors. Whether someone is purchasing their very first home, selling a longtime family home, downsizing, or expanding their investment portfolio, I tailor my approach to their individual needs and goals.

I also enjoy working with clients interested in short-term rental properties. As a short-term rental owner myself, I can share firsthand experience with evaluating potential investments, understanding operating costs, navigating local regulations, and managing a vacation rental.

Some clients need guidance through every step of the process, while others have bought and sold many properties and simply want a knowledgeable professional who can provide market insight and handle the details. I'm comfortable working with both, and my goal is always to make the experience as smooth, informed, and successful as possible.

4.  How did you get started in Real Estate?

After earning my degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and spending years in the corporate world, I decided to take my career in a new direction. Real estate was a natural fit because it allows me to combine my love of numbers, problem-solving, and working with people.

My background in engineering and business gives me a unique perspective on analyzing market trends, evaluating property values, and negotiating transactions. But what I enjoy most is building relationships and helping people navigate some of life's biggest decisions.

What started as a career change has become a genuine passion. I've since earned my Georgia broker's license and expanded my experience into real estate investing and short-term rentals. I love that every client, property, and transaction is different, and there's always something new to learn!
