Brian did an amazing job with us. He is fantastic at listening and understanding what we were looking for. We were able to see a great house that we fell in love with. Brian is really diligent and super responsive. He also was just extra supportive during inspection, walk-through as he had checklists and things to look out for as a back-up. He worked super well with the sellers agent and helped us negotiate positively a number of things. I can't recommend Brian more, he was a joy to work with!

We converted our two unit home to condos and had Leslie list both. I wanted to wait to list one of them until October, but based on the changes she had been seeing in the market, Leslie suggested we list right away in late spring/early summer. We are very happy we listened to her because if we had waited, we would have definitely sold the unit for much less based on the increase in interest rates. Leslie did a fantastic job marketing, negotiating and ultimately closing both units for us. Boston has so many micro markets and Leslie is incredibly knowledgeable about each. We would absolutely recommend Leslie to sell or help find a home in the challenging Boston market.
