We converted our two unit home to condos and had Leslie list both. I wanted to wait to list one of them until October, but based on the changes she had been seeing in the market, Leslie suggested we list right away in late spring/early summer. We are very happy we listened to her because if we had waited, we would have definitely sold the unit for much less based on the increase in interest rates.
