I have been a realtor since 2002. I have been at Landmark Realty of Georgia, Inc. in Dalton, GA. since I received my license in 2002. We merged with Coldwell Banker Kinard Realty in April 2024. I am very excited to be associated with this wonderful company. My specialty is residential real estate. I have four designations an Accredited Seller Representative (ASR), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist (SFR), Certified Residential Specialists (CRS). I love real estate!! My husband was without a job and I needed to help with the finances. I studied, took tests and received my license and I just love what I do. I have met some fantastic people during my real estate journey!! That is my passion. I am a Christian and I believe God has placed me in this position for a reason. I'm a member of Fellowship Bible Church. I am married and have one daughter. I will do my best to guide my clients thru the home buying or selling process. I try to treat my clients like I would like to be treated. I have extensive experience in getting the tough loans closed.
