Where do I even begin ? I will start with hands down Gary is the best realtor around and above all a great person. For a little background we were first time home buyers when we met Gary on a whim while looking at a place that we requested to tour in Zillow. Immediately he was kind, informative and in no way pushy or overbearing. He spoke to our young daughters like they were actual people. We left that showing thinking what a good guy we had just met. We continue to tour houses with Gary after that and even did a full morning of showing with two girls under 10 in toe that took about 5 hours in length and Gary was just so knowledgeable, sweet, patient, chill and just so willing to make the day as easy as possible for us all. And even was understanding to our girls scavenger hunt we had made them to find things in each house. After making an offer that didnt pan out in our favor Gary was encouraging and helped us keep our desire to make this thing happen would work out if we keep trying. We finally found our perfect place and Gary was immediately on it getting the contracts done quickly , working with our lender and guiding us through all the next steps. There was never a question where he made us feel dumb for asking and as a first time home buyer we had plenty of questions. Our offer was accepted and after that he remained actively in the entire process making sure we didnt miss any deadlines, guiding us through the inspection and appraisal. Helping us make the right choices when they arose and was truly a mentor to us. We absolutely couldnt imagine having gone through this process with anyone else. He love for what he does and the people he works with is a step above! We closed on our first house ever today and it wouldnt be such an exciting carefree day if it hadnt been for Gary. We will never use anyone else, he is now part of our village and circle. Because of his knowledge and kind calm spirit we knew we were in great hands during this process and will be in great hands when we are ready to do this yet again in the future. If youre even questioning if you should work with Gary without hesitation I am telling you DO IT!!! You will not regret it! If you want some to guide you, mentor you, be there anytime you need him and just be a good pleasant person to be around who you can tell has your best interest at heart. Look no further than Gary! We worked with Gary for 8 weeks from when we met him to when we closed today and in that short time he has become part of our forever journey. Thank you Gary for all you did to help us, guide us and make our dream a reality !

I met Kathleen through a family member. At first I was hesitant for obvious reasons. I was truly impressed by her knowledge of the areas I was looking at and gave sound advice as to the neighborhoods pros and cons. She was patient while I changed my search and twitched my needs.
