Julie will not stop until she puts you in your dream house. She goes above and beyond to make sure the process runs efficiently, which helps minimize stress during a big life event. In my particular case, we had to submit 3 offers before one was accepted, and Julie was not deterred during the process. She was willing to take me to see 5 houses every weekend (all over Denver, and we even spent a day in the Springs) until I found my perfect place. On my accepted offer, she was able to negotiate a savings for me after the home inspection revealed some unexpected findings. I really appreciate everything she did for me in such a challenging market, and will be using her to purchase more properties in the future. She is knowledgable about the current market, everywhere in Douglass County, and even owns and manages rental properties. This expertise was greatly appreciated since I was looking for a place that is also a solid investment property. She was very patient in answering my plethora of questions.
