She was great with communication from meeting her, to scheduling viewings of homes and throughout the offering/being under contract/closings process. She gave thoughtful advice on the condition of all the houses we looked at. Mira helped us write a great competitive offer in a "bidding war" situation that ultimately helped get us the house we really wanted! She recommended knowledgeable local contractors to help us price out issues found during the home inspection and actually arranged meetings with them and was generous enough to be there in person while one examined the crawl space. After the close of the house she continued to follow up with us and confirm that we were satisfied with the house, settling in well and again recommending more contractors for some repairs and upgrades we were interested in. We will continue to use her for any real estate transactions we may be interested in for as long as we are in this area and she is in the industry!
