ZillowVERIFIEDTo say that Lee Ann Marsh is the best in the business would be an understatement! I have had the absolute pleasure working with Lee Ann twice for 2 home purchases and one home sell. She made the process seamless and a great experience. I have heard people say what a hassle buying or selling a home could be, but let me just say, that with Lee Ann on your side it runs smooth as butter! She takes all the stress away from her clients and makes it so easy! Not only is she top in her game, but she also truly gets to know her clients and works with their best interest at heart. She is quick to respond to a question and does not leave you hanging for an answer. My recommendation is to use Lee Ann as your buying/selling agent. You will not regret it and will have the best experience!

ZillowVERIFIED Lee Ann has gone above and beyond her commitment and responsibility to sell my condo. My condo needed to be totally renovated. I'm a NY resident so I could not be in Savannah to meet with and communicate to the contractor. After extensively working with me, sending me photo's, meeting with my first potential General Contractor (GC) ..... she again went through the same process with the second GC, meeting him at the condo multiple times to explain what were looking to accomplish. Once the job was started she went to the condo each week multiple times to see the progress being made. She acted as a liaison between my second contractor and his sub-contractor. The second contractor stopped working and left the sub-contractor there to finish the job, the Sub continued to work because he trusted Lee Ann and trusted he would get paid. Lee Ann was now working with a third contractor. Throughout this time I kept telling Lee Ann that I wanted to treat her and her husband to a nice romantic dinner, she kept saying it wasn't necessary, but I insisted. After asking her at least a dozen times to send me a receipt for the dinner, I just sent her a check, she didn't want anything, even though she spent countless hours working with my GC's, which is NOT her job! The job was finished and the condo was listed. Lee Ann found a qualified buyer at a very good price and we closed. I have sold multiple condos in States where I'm not a resident. I can't praise Lee Ann's knowledge and commitment enough. Youre in GREAT hands with Lee Ann!!

We were looking for a home we could use as a vacation rental as well as use for ourselves in the "off" season. As we only had limited time to find a home, Lee Ann worked very hard to help us find the perfect house. She was very knowledgeable about the island and very helpful with information on insurance and inspections. Several years ago my husband and I visited Tybee for the first time and were fortunate enough to meet Lee Ann when we decided we had to buy property there. Several years later here we are and we have bought two condos and sold one condo with Lee Ann. Lee Ann absolutely give the best, most EXCELLENT customer service!! She brings with her a real wealth of knowledge of the Tybee Island/Wilmington Island area. She has helped us find local contractors when one of our condos sustained some recent water damage, she has helped us find movers and just generally goes above and beyond!! No problem is ever too great and no question goes unanswered. I've worked with good real estate agents and bad real estate agents but have never worked with one who has become what Lee Ann is to us! I bless the day I picked up the phone to call Solomon Properties and Lee Ann answered the phone!!!
