At first I felt comfortable with dealing with Leanne. I wanted to ask for more money for my home. Leanne wanted to start low and go from there. She had a young man clear out my house, he damaged walls and some of the carpet. My house was on the market for 2 days and there was an offer for what I asked for. I wanted to think about it and Leanne was treating me like a used car salesman would. I felt hurried and rushed. The people buying the house asked for me to lower the price since it needs work. That was the reason I was staying low with the selling price. In all Leanne was good but I felt rushed and pushed most of the way through the process.

Leanne listed our property for the price we asked even though it was higher then other realtors would have listed it. Our house sold for over the listing price. Leanne did not return some of our messages during the course of the sale. She used shady tactics during the sale and tried to pressure us with them. At times, she was not on top of things during the sale. She did not go above and beyond her scope as a realtor. She was friendly and energetic.

We made an offer,which was accepted. She walked us through all the paperwork, explaining each step. When the insurance company settled our house claim, we closed the deal. The day of the recording of the transaction, we moved in. Getting settled has been a slow, thought-provoking experience, but things are finally getting there.
