Leann made selling our home of 21 years effortless. When we were preparing to sell, she met with us and provided expert advice on the different price points we could expect with different levels of renovation. Following that advice helped us to maximize the value of our house. When the renovations were complete and we were ready to sell in late 2025, mortgage interest rates were at a high point and there were significant concerns about the general economy. Leann did an incredible job of marketing our house in a very difficult environment; letting other agents know the property was coming on the market, sending out mailers to over 300 prospects, and did a wonderful staging of the house for potential buyers. I was recommended LeAnne from a coworker who had recently worked with her to buy a house. As a first time home buyer I did not know what to expect and she was absolutely amazing. She listened to our search requirements and promptly provided us with multiple listings to review. After a few viewings, we had found our house. The same day we visited the house and decided it was perfect, we decided to put a bid on it. With LeAnnes's guidance and her hard work, the offer was submitted the same day and we had the contract the following afternoon. She stayed with us throughout the inspections and walk-through period, driving to be in person for each at our convenience. She moved mountains to have the house cleared out the day of closing after the previous owners were still packing the afternoon before closing.
