When we were preparing to sell, she met with us and provided expert advice on the different price points we could expect with different levels of renovation. Following that advice helped us to maximize the value of our house. When the renovations were complete and we were ready to sell in late 2025, mortgage interest rates were at a high point and there were significant concerns about the general economy. Leann did an incredible job of marketing our house in a very difficult environment; letting other agents know the property was coming on the market, sending out mailers to over 300 prospects, and did a wonderful staging of the house for potential buyers. More than that, Leann coordinated the last phase of remodeling of the house when we moved out of state aEUR" she and her team took care of everything. To make a long story short, Leann sold our house in four days and at the very top of the price range. We are now in our new home and so grateful to Leann and her team for their exceptional work and professionalism.
