ZillowVERIFIED Leah was so patient over the last 10 months or so! I bet we looked at over a dozen houses in Oconee and southern Clarke Co. Right now, speed is the name of the game, and whenever I told her I wanted to see one, she (and Molly!) got me an appt as fast as was humanly possible (like, in hours or even minutes). She was very honest about what were reasonable offers and never made me feel pressured at all. She knew all the areas well, helped me find a mortgage and get an approval letter fast from a local lender when we had a buyer balk at my approval from a big bank. Leah helped us through this tough environment by responding very quickly to our inquiries on houses. She would set up showings as son as houses were listed.Leah knew exactly what we wanted, so she also helped us by saving time by advising for or against certain neighborhoods or types of houses. We really appreciated having her expertise of the Athens area. In the end, we ended up looking at 39 houses! Leah was so patient with us as sometimes we were being too picky! I found Leah's website and emailed her asking if she would be willing to show me some homes in Athens while I was in there. I let her know what kind of home I was looking for, my budget and my concerns for being in a safe, quiet area. Over a period of 2 months Leah showed me 20-25 homes. A couple of the homes I wanted went under contract before I could make an offer but we kept looking. If we would see a home that wasn't a good buy for whatever reason, she would tell me flat out. And we saw some stinkers - literally! We found a nice home, just the right size with a beautifully landscaped yard.
