ZillowVERIFIED Moving is incredibly stressful. The moment Leah and Jon walked into our home, we knew we made the right decision. We were contingent on a new property and had some anxiety around the time of year we were selling (November/holidays). We assumed no one would be looking. They suggested an Open House for the following weekend. Over the course of a Saturday and Sunday 50 people went through the house, one of them being our buyer and they negotiated a stellar deal for us! It didn't stop there. The realtor in our new community faced a few challenges and they jumped in to offer assistance to ease her burden. They helped with financing options, inspections, movers, and a handyman for repairs. Not only was she able to answer every single question and challenge thoroughly and articulately and with a wealth of information and expertise - but she did so with such clear authenticity and passion for what she does. At every showing, Leah came beyond prepared. It seemed like a difficult time and uncertain time for the housing market, but their expertise and great communication of their advice made it an extremely comfortable and low-stress process. When I needed a mover, they instantly put me in touch with someone local and independent and they did a great job. A handyman to prepare a couple of things? They had a great one come in within a couple of days. Their local knowledge and relationships with contractors like movers, handymen, and landscapers meant that all things for the prep were able to be completed quickly and competently. Once the house was listed, I had regular (just the right amount) of updates and analysis of the sales activity. Leah and Jon are experts at their craft, have the right amount of local knowledge and relationships, have a positive attitude and are just good people. The house sold quicker than I expected and for a price I was happy with. I couldn't recommend Leah and Jon any higher for buyers and sellers in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Leah is professional, smart, articulate, very knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator. She had unflagging availability and was committed to getting us the best deal on our house possible. She gave us critical advice on finishing the house which we followed (and I'm so glad we did!). She also proposed a highly efficient sale process and arranged all photography and staging. The sale went very fast and without a hitch. She brought in at least 8 very strong offers, all way above asking price. Leah is a good negotiator, has great follow-up and has a get-it-done attitude. She was proactive on every detail of the sale. Also, Leahs sense of timing on when to sell our house was right on the mark. If you want to buy or sell, and if you want an agent you can trust and depend on, you can stop looking for an agent, Leah is excellent.
