He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I knew if I ever had the need, I would call him. And the time came. I decided to sell my house recently and contacted Lawrence. He knows the neighborhood and market well. His fee was low compared to the effort he put in and the result. He always kept me informed, responded to my texts, and answered my questions timely. He had a calming influence when I got stressed. Most importantly, he is trustworthy and does what's best for his clients. He went and above beyond doing open house and showing the home. He is smart and he cares. As a result, my house was sold in two weeks. It is the smoothest process I have ever experienced. I am fortunate to know Lawrence and forever grateful for his help. He provided us with an approach about how to price our home and he was dead on. We received multiple bids (10), all a good bit above our asking price, within 5 days of going on the market! We moved for a job relocation, and Lawrence found the trades folks and met them at the house to get the items done that were requested by the buyers, and he even did a few things himself. ZillowVERIFIED Lawrence just helped me close on a dream home. I honestly do not think I would have gotten the house without him. He is incredibly knowledgeable of Sacramento (and all of the surrounding areas). I couldnt decide between a house or condo, but luckily Lawrence was very experienced in both. As a first time homebuyer, I was worried I was bothering him too much with all of my questions. However, Lawrence was always quick to respond with in-depth explanations to all of my questions, helping me to really understand what I was getting myself into. Its such a comfort for a first-time homebuyer (or any homebuyer for that matter) to have a Realtor thats so patient, knowledgeable, responsive and just a genuinely nice guy. Hopefully Lawrence is still in the game when Im ready to sell and buy something bigger. If you are looking for a solid realtor, go with Lawrence.

I appreciated his open communication and overall direction during the process. He helped me choose the right list price to generate multiple offers and once all the offers came in he was able to negotiate an as is sale for no repair work. Then when we didnt close on time he helped me gain a $100 per diem each day until my house closed leaving me with $700 extra dollars. ZillowVERIFIED When I started looking for a house I had an idea of what I was looking for but needed to see lots of houses to get a sense of what type of home I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. Lawrence took his time to show me several houses over a nine month period until we found the right one for the right price. He was able to successfully negotiate favorable terms as well. The seller wanted me to pay $100 per day if I didnt close in 30 Days unless I used the listing agents lender. I didnt want to feel like I was being held hostage and accountable to pay an extra $100 per day if my lender was not able to close in 30 days. The house had been listed a while so Lawrence was able to leverage the days on the market to get 45 days to close rather than 30 which gave us breathing room because I wanted to use my own lender and not the sellers. In addition, even though we signed an addendum that the house was to be sold as is Lawrence was able to get me a $500 credit to repair the roof and clear gutters. Lawrence is a great Realtor to work with and Im happy to recommend him.
