ZillowVERIFIEDquick and very effective. got a plan of what an agent from a national company was figuring on listing for and his commision but decided to go with the zokoe team because of all the houses i see them sell around the area. they were a better price for me and listed the house tens of thousands higher than the other estimate and got it sold in less than 1 day. i can not say enough good things about them they went above and beyond even helping me understand how to go about buying my new house from family knowing that we weren't going to use a realtor. i would not recommend anyone else

ZillowVERIFIED Laurie and her team from Five Star Real Estate were outstanding. The support we received from the team was second to none even though we were from another state and they made us feel comfortable knowing they had our interests on the top of their list. We would like to give a shoutout to Laurie first for running a top notch business, also Felicia Brooks who was the agent showing us numerous properties and finally to Shelby Ary who kept us on track and updated throughout the complete process. We would highly recommend the Zokoe Team for all your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Laurie Zokoe has helped me sell two properties over the past twelve years. With our most recent transaction, she provided suggestions on getting the home ready for sale, She developed a sales strategy and a marketing plan, and she suggested a vendor to help us reduce clutter and prepare the property for viewing. When the property was listed, her marketing plan and pricing strategy sparked a lot of interest in the property. We had twenty separate parties view the property and we received three solid offers within five days of the listing going live.During our evaluation of the offers and throughout the closing process, Laurie advised us and suggested language to be used in our counter offers in order to insure that our best interests were being met. She maintained regular communication with us all through the process and made sure we understood what was being asked and insured that language used by the buyer's agent was clear and accurate. With Laurie's experience and expertise, we would not hesitate in using her in the future to help us purchase or sell a property. She and her team are personable and professional and are focused on making sure their clients receive the best advice and property acquisition experience possible.

ZillowVERIFIED We hadn't worked with a realtor in over 19 years, so when we decided to list our home this Fall selecting a realtor was a liitle overwhelming. I first started by looking at who was selling homes in our area in our price range. I then looked at their on-line ratings and then the final step was looking at the team they had in place to support them. Laurie Zokoe's name quickly rose to the top and she did not disappoint. From our first meeting, we knew she was one. Laurie really knows the market and set our home at just the right selling price. Once we selected her, she helped us stage our home, brought us potential buyers, and sold our home in 3 days. Her team also assisted us with our search for a new home. It has only been 5 weeks and our home sale has closed and our purchased home will close next week. Laurie and her team know how to get things done and we have loved our experience with her.

ZillowVERIFIED I could write an entire book detailing all the reasons I would recommend Laurie Zokoe and her team. To spare you, Ill highlight my favorites. I had never spoken to or met Laurie until I called her after my mom passed away. I will never in my life forget the empathy and compassion as she helped me navigate this extremely difficult time. Shes truly been a gift to me. In a little over 6 months they helped sell my Moms house, sell our current home and find the perfect house for us to move into. This team works harder than any other group of people Ive ever seen, seriously. Its absolutely no wonder Laurie is so successful. Shes training her team of realtors the same lessons shes learned along the way so youre getting top notch service with every person you work with. And they really all work so well together. At one time or another every part of the team stepped in to help in some way - but you always have continuity with your main agent. Most importantly, Laurie treats you the way she would treat a member of her family when buying or selling a house. Shes honest and patient and truly loves what she does. If I could give her 20 stars I would. No complaints whatsoever.

ZillowVERIFIED Cloning Laurie Zokoe would make the world a better place! She is very knowledgeable in her field and myself and my siblings have total confidence and trust in her. She was always there to guide us through a difficult time with help with pretty much anything we needed; something I for one dont experience with most business transactions. Given the opportunity myself and my siblings would not consider using any other Realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED When we called to set up a meeting with Laurie we let her know that we had a tight turn around time of when we needed to sell our home but also wanted to sell it at a good price. By our initial appointment Laurie had done quite a bit of research to help us decide what price point we should start selling. I was impressed by her attention to detail and communication. When we had questions she or someone on her team followed up with us quickly. I have no hesitation recommending Laurie Zokoe and her team. My husband and I have already decided that if we moved back to the area we will be contacting Laurie because she was such a wonderful person to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Laurie went out of her way to advocate for us and she went over the top with service. When we found out that the washer and dyer on the house we were buying was not on the seller's agreement and was being taken, Laurie stepped in and provided funds for a new washer and dryer. We also really appreciated pizza on Laurie during our busy move.

ZillowVERIFIED Laurie and her Team were exceptional to work with! I had been communicating with Laurie for about 4 years prior to the actually sale of my home. She patiently stuck with me and supported me until I was ready to sell. She made me feel like I was part of her family during the entire process. Laurie took calls/messages that were very early and/or late. Never did she come across as anything but incredibly professional, enthusiastic and kind! Really, I cant say enough amazing things. Next, I hire Laurie as my Life Coach :)Thank you Team Zokoe! You are all wonderful!

ZillowVERIFIED Laurie helped us find our home in 2017 and did a great job then, so we listed our house with her in 2019 when it was time to move back to Chicago. She is very knowledgeable and responsive. We received 5 offers in less than week with almost all of them over asking price. I would definitely recommend Laurie to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Absolutely wonderful to work with. She went far above and beyond to help us through the process of selling one house and buying our new one. She was also the one who helped us buy our first house years ago and I honestly don't think we could have done any of it without her. She is HONEST, knowledgeable and resourceful and I can't think of a better person to help us out in a situation as stressful as selling/buying homes back to back!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Laurie several years ago, to sell our home and buy a new one. When it came time to sell our current home, there was no question we would call Laurie again. This time, our sale had some complicating factors, and we were so grateful for Laurie's years of expertise and her abundant kindness, even when things were stressful. She went above and beyond to make our sale go as smoothly as possible, and we can't recommend her highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED We felt very blessed to discover and work with Laurie on the sale of our house. Laurie was confident, knowledgeable, and straight forward, which was very appealing to us. Laurie saw value in our home that other realtors did not, and we credit her to an extra $20,000 profit. We highly recommend Laurie as a realtor in the Grand Rapids area.
