We listed our home with Lauren Zurilla at probably one of the most challenging periods in real estate in years. Interest rates were on the rise and the election was about to happen. We were out of the property and Lauren had it staged to make it show at its best. It took over 50 showings with particular buyers, but Lauren helped us persevere and get it under contract. When we went under contract, she helped us with acquiring contractors, scheduling them, meeting them, and ensuring the required repair work was completed in time for closing.
