That means knowing not only how your home compares to others, but also what’s actually selling—current sale prices, how long homes are taking to sell, and what buyers are prioritizing. An experienced agent can explain these market conditions, show where your home stands against the competition, and guide you on what to do before listing so it attracts the right buyers and sells for the best possible price.

I’ve also had the privilege of helping many families relocate to our beautiful Charleston area from out of state, guiding them through the process every step of the way.

Back in the ’90s, when we bought our first home, I realized how much trust is placed in a real estate agent—and how impactful that experience can be. While the process sparked my love for homes, design, and market trends, it also highlighted how important genuine representation and communication are. Years later, during a move to Maryland’s booming market, I saw firsthand how many buyers and sellers weren’t getting the attention or care they deserved. That experience inspired me to get licensed and build a career focused on providing the kind of trusted guidance and advocacy every client should have.

I hold a RENE certification (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), which has strengthened my ability to navigate complex transactions with confidence and clarity. Through this training, I learned to identify and address potential issues behind the scenes, manage a wide range of personalities, and balance competing objectives—all to serve as a strong, strategic advocate for my clients.
