ReviewLauren was amazing! We wanted to buy a house in Colorado while living in Houston and Lauren took us around see many houses in the Mountains. She has so much experience and knowledge of the mountain areas surrounding Denver. Lauren helped us though making offers and ultimately buying the home of our dreams remotely. Lauren is always responsive and really stays on top of all the steps of closing on a house. She is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything is taken care of. I would recommend Lauren to anyone who wants to buy or sell a house.

Review Lauren has been an amazing help through this whole process, even when she was given what seemed to be an impossible task. Being a first time buyer, Lauren was there to essentially hold my hand. She committed countless hours and time. She worked around my crazy work schedule and made my first home a reality. I would recommend Lauren to anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable and dedicated. I can't thank her enough for all that she has done for me and my family. Joanne

Review I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lauren! My family and I wanted to buy a home in the suburbs of Denver, which is a crazy market, and our mortgage broker highly recommended Lauren and we're so glad she did. Lauren made the entire process easy from looking at homes to closing. She helped us get showings set up and even suggested showings for our price range and criteria, in fact one of the homes she suggested for us is the one we bought. While working with Lauren we could tell that she really cared about getting us into the right home at the right price and negotiating on our behalf to get the best possible outcome. She helped us navigate a very competitive market which we were not at all used to and got us into a home that met all of our criteria (plus some) all under budget. On top of all that she was super easy to talk to and above and beyond nice when we had a lot of questions.

Review I'd highly recommend. She was diligent about sending me listings, was mindful of what I was looking for, great about negotiating compensation on some issues with the property, and even went out of her way to get some things fixed herself. You need to sell or buy a house, she's your gal!

Review I wish I could give Lauren more than 5 stars! She is wonderful to work with. She was recommended to us by a mutual friend and I am so glad for the recommendation. We were shopping the Denver area market during Covid 19 , but the very first offer we made was accepted within a few days! Lauren helped us out with everything from inspection to closing and also helped coordinating with the listing agent and appraiser. Final walk throughs were a breeze. She is truly such a caring and genuine person. Lauren was vital in helping us learn about the Denver market and the precise details of our accepted offer. She was great with offering suggestions but was never pushy or judgmental. In short, we wholeheartedly recommend Lauren to be your realtor.
