My experience with Ethan was very refreshing. He is not your run of the mill Realtor. He goes above and beyond to help you find the right home.He was patient and caring with me. I was hard to please. He would always say I want you to be happy its a big purchase. He was a big help with my financing, because I didnt work exactly 40 hours a week. My job is full time at Anthem. Ethan was able to get me approved with the mortgage company that he works with. Ethan was very pleasant to work with and helped me every aspect of buying my home. I recommend him highly!
