My experience with Lauren Page as a first-time seller was disappointing. She often cut me off during conversations and came across as unprofessional. I didnt receive the standard checklists/templates that most first-time sellers get, which left my closing stressful and unorganized. Important steps like scheduling a final walkthrough or planning move-out timing were never clearly explained. Communication was scattered, mostly by text instead of organized emails. While she did assist with my HOA, overall I did not feel supported or prioritized. I would not recommend her for first-time sellers who need guidance and professionalism.

We bought our home through Lauren, and she was exactly what we needed. She was very dedicated to working with us and was very knowledgeable about homes in the area as well as potential issues to watch out for. We had a lot of questions and were looking for a lot of different things in our new home, and she was extremely patient and understanding throughout the process. Lauren is a fantastic realtor and an especially good fit for anxious or first-time home buyers! She is SO helpful (including responding to panicked texts late at night) and she will be very straight and direct with you about things you need outside help on (such as telling you when a house might not be a good fit and why). I really appreciated her communication style and she was proactive in offering us house options and kept us on track to close in record time!
