We originally found her through the quarterly Brookstone housing report she publishes, so we already knew she tracked our exact neighborhood, and that local knowledge showed up in everything she did. Our house was lived in and packed with twenty years of belongings, not a staged empty box. Lauren walked through room by room and told us exactly what needed to go, which paint colors to use, what flooring would show best, and what to address on the exterior. She did not hand us a generic checklist. She gave us specific, honest direction, and it turned the house into a property that looked and felt completely different by the time we listed. Her contractor referrals alone saved us thousands. The vendors she sent us came in well below the other quotes we had gathered on our own, and they did excellent work.
