Landing the perfect home starts with landing the perfect realtor. Lauren is a realtor with impeccable knowledge and a bag of unlimited resources. Lauren starts by listening to your story. She understands your goals and connects you with the right people. From lenders that navigate through the intricacies of your financial situation to inspectors that are just as professional and timely as she is. Lauren communicates well and it evident by the rapport she establishes with existing and new realtors and sellers. Based on your availability, she secures showings days before formal open houses and submits competitive offers that are usually top 3 in a housing market that now sees 10 or 15 offers in a weekend. Lauren is very experienced and can price homes in line with the value of a home appraiser. This prevents you from overpaying on your future home. In summary, Lauren is amazing! We started our home search mid April and closed at the end of July. We highly recommend working with Lauren!

My fiancA(C) and I had the recent pleasure of working with Lauren Kinkade-Wong. I cant express our gratitude for her professionalism and her knowledge of the real estate market. Lauren sold both mine and my fiancA(C)s house in a six month period. She answered all our questions and concerns and put our minds at ease. Lauren also went above and beyond her duties to connect me to a colleague of hers in Arizona, after I inherited my mothers property there. Her colleague found me a great contractor to perform all the work and repairs on the property that were required. I could not have done it without her.
