I worked with Lauren and her assistant Felicia for buying a house and selling my condo. For our purchase, Lauren and Felicia were patient with us as we pushed to see some homes that they thought were not going to fit. They were right, but we had to see it to believe. Once we made an offer, they took the lead about contractors, repairs to request, and all the little details. It was a nerve wracking process to buy before selling with the hope that funds would be replenished upon sale. Lauren worked with us on listing to ensure we got what we wanted: a quick sale at a fair price. There weren't a lot of comps for this property, but Lauren knew the kind of buyers who were out there and how different prices and strategies like staging and open houses would matter.
