I am very organized and prompt and she was very impressive in that area. This translated over when it came time to take action on all tasks needed to prep and list our property. That is what professionals do. Also, her photography team was awesome and that feature really leveled up the listing construct and overall aesthetic. There were no other 4 family comps in the area and we needed to get this listing right or it could have hurt us. We overall had a great experience. Under contract in 48 hours and 10/10 recommend.
