Coldwell Banker

This is my 3rd time working with Lauren. Wed never use anyone else. She is excellent in every way. She is an expert in her field and helps you achieve your goals with buying and selling. Her response to messages usually happens within 1-2 minutes. This is dedication and drive and it shows with her following. If you want the best, she is truly the only call you need to make.

Lauren recently sold my condo, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Lauren is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and truly knows the market. She marketed the property beautifully. My condo went under contract in just 8 days and sold over asking, which speaks volumes about Laurens expertise and strategy. What I appreciated most was how attentive and accessible she was. She kept me informed every step of the way and answered all of my questions. I would absolutely recommend Lauren to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Lauren became much more to us than a realtor. She was our lifeline during a very difficult and challenging time. Selling our commercial property presented numerous, ongoing and frustrating problems right up until the closing date. However, Laurens immediate responses to our questions and concerns always helped to alleviate stress and anxiety over unexpected issues. Her calm demeanor, expertise and professionalism guided us through decision-making and reassured us all the way to a positive outcome.

Lauren was not only professional throughout our entire home buying process, but she was also incredibly knowledgeable and always took the time to answer all of our questions. We are so grateful to have had her by our side every step of the way. She made the experience much smoother, and we truly appreciate all of her hard work and support.

Lauren couldn't have been better. She sold our town house where others couldn't. She responds immediately even when she doesn't need to. She's the shark we needed to get out of our situation and she's now our agent for life.
